Beyond the Runway — Byrdhouse Productions

Fashion. Community. Purpose.

Beyond the Runway — Byrdhouse Productions

Produced by Byrdhouse Productions

Some events entertain.

Some events inspire.

And some have the opportunity to do both.

Beyond the Runway is a premier Byrdhouse Productions event. This fashion experience is created to bring together style, creativity, local businesses, and community impact for one unforgettable evening.

Set at Maywood Hall & Garden for 2027, Beyond the Runway transforms the traditional fashion show into something bigger — an experience where the runway becomes a platform for expression, connection, and giving back.

More Than a Fashion Show

The Experience Goes Beyond the Runway.

Beyond the Runway was created around a simple idea:

Fashion has the ability to tell a story before a single word is spoken.

It can challenge expectations. Celebrate individuality. Create confidence. Bring communities together.

So we didn't want to simply produce a fashion show.

We wanted to create an experience.

Beyond the Runway brings designers, boutiques, models, businesses, vendors, sponsors, and guests together for an evening centered around fashion while using the energy of the event to support our community.

Because what happens on the runway should have an impact beyond it.

The Vision

Fashion Without Boundaries.

Beyond the Runway isn't built around one definition of fashion.

It's about expression.

Personal style.

Confidence.

Creativity.

And the freedom to show up exactly as you are.

The runway becomes a place where different styles, bodies, identities, aesthetics, and perspectives can exist together.

From elevated fashion to streetwear, statement pieces to everyday style, the goal isn't to tell guests what fashion should be.

It's to celebrate what fashion can be.

The Experience

From the Moment You Arrive

Beyond the Runway begins before the first model takes a step.

Arrival

Guests enter Maywood Hall & Garden and immediately become part of the experience.

Music.

Lighting.

Conversation.

Fashion.

A room filled with people ready to experience something different.

The Marketplace

Before the show, guests can explore a curated collection of local businesses, makers, designers, and community organizations.

The vendor experience isn't separate from the event.

It's part of it.

Guests can shop, discover new businesses, meet local entrepreneurs, and connect with organizations making an impact in the community.

The Social Experience

Grab a drink.

Meet someone new.

Take in the room.

Beyond the Runway is designed to create connection before the show ever begins.

With a cash bar and social atmosphere, guests have time to explore, mingle, shop, and experience the energy surrounding the runway.

The Runway

Then the lights change.

The room shifts.

The music begins.

And the runway comes alive.

Designers, boutiques, stylists, and models take center stage for a fashion experience built around movement, personality, creativity, and individual expression.

This isn't simply about seeing clothes.

It's about seeing the person wearing them.

The Purpose

When the final model leaves the runway, the impact of the evening continues.

Beyond the Runway is also a fundraiser.

Through ticket sales, sponsorships, vendor participation, and community support, the event uses fashion as a vehicle to give back.

Because an unforgettable event can do more than create memories.

It can create impact.

The People Behind the Experience

Designers. Models. Creatives. Community.

An event like Beyond the Runway isn't created by one person.

It's created by people willing to bring something to the room.

Designers bring the vision.

Models bring it to life.

Vendors bring discovery.

Sponsors make the experience possible.

Guests bring the energy.

And the community gives the event its purpose.

Together, we create something that goes far beyond a runway.

More Than Numbers

Beyond the Runway brings together members of our community who may never otherwise have shared the same room.

Designers met new customers.

Local businesses found new audiences.

Models stepped onto a runway and owned their moment.

Guests discovered organizations doing meaningful work.

And together, we turned an evening centered around fashion into an opportunity to support something bigger.

That's the kind of experience Byrdhouse exists to create.
